THE PROBLEM WE SOLVED

Most Non-Alcoholic wine is cooked. Literally.

Heat destroys the delicate wine compounds that create aroma and flavor so other brands need to compensate adding flavor and other ingredients. Just look at the back label.

 

Our ambient-temperature process removes alcohol without heat respecting the delicate nature of  wine. This approach preserves everything that makes wine worth drinking: the crisp, aromatic character of the grapes, the natural complexity and layering of flavours. The result is a glass that tastes like real wine—because it is.

 

We didn't compromise on taste to remove the alcohol. We found a better way.

For 15 years, I worked in packaging and beverage innovation, watching the no-alcohol movement evolve from a niche curiosity to a mainstream shift. More people wanted to enjoy wine without alcohol—but the options were limited and disappointing.

 

The frustration was real. I'd find myself choosing between mediocre non-alcoholic wine or real wine with alcohol. The problem was clear: traditional dealcoholization uses high-heat processing that destroys the delicate aromas and complexity that make wine worth drinking in the first place.

 

Then I discovered the ambient-temperature process—a method that removes alcohol while preserving everything that makes wine beautiful. The aroma stays. The complexity stays. The taste stays. It was the breakthrough I'd been searching for.
